This is our first house, we don't really know where to start. I am frantically looking for some home improvement projects on line, which is silly, we did not even buy the house officially and have at least one month to go till we get the keys and are allowed to move in. I thought I will just collect all my ideas here.
When we actually move in, the very first thing after unpacking would be to remove the bushes we have in front of the house and get something like this
Shutters are definitely going to be painted black. We have a blue front door that my husband really likes, so I think we'll keep it blue.
I am not really sold on dwarf spruces, but I like hostas and layering them with small boxwoods bushes and adding some japanese andromeda.
